Twenty rules of customer service

The top 20 rules for Birmingham conference venue, the studio. All to ensure Customer first!

1)    We believe and are infatuated with putting our customers first

2)    We believe that attention to detail is everything. We are obsessive about it

3)    Checklists are for checking and are there to help all of us put our customers first

4)    Without Customers we are not a business

5)    We are big team players and believe in total involvement

6)    If you are sat in an office we will assume you are doing nothing

7)    Interaction and service to customers are the most important parts of your job

8)    If you turn a blind eye to something it will bite you

9)    Every time you use hassle as a reason not to do something properly, somewhere down the line a customer will suffer

10)  Nobody is perfect so if you don’t think you are the best to deal with something then find the person who is

11)  Everybody in this business is empowered to put customers first and deal with problems accordingly

12)  Letting a customer leave the studio unhappy is the worst crime. Deal with it in any appropriate or grand gesture way you wish

13)  Do not spend money lightly.

14)  Talking to the team and the customers whenever possible IS ALLOWED

15)  We believe our team are our biggest critics. Listen to them.

16)  Listen before you speak, regardless of who is talking to you. Then listen some more.

17)  Our standards are everything. If you do not know what the best is then go out into the high street and find out. We are only 15 minutes ahead of our competition at anytime

18)  You set the standards. Everything about this place reflects you. Which division do you want to be in? Premiership or Sunday league

19)  Your Brand is what people say about you when you’re not in the room. Remember it.

20) We are not office angels we are men of action
